- The Engineer is responsible for performing laboratory testing and assist TCS in application test, customer complaint analysis & competitive market research, generate the professional laboratory test reports.
- Carry out laboratory testing & provide professional laboratory report
- Assis AE to design and set up no-standard laboratory testing method & facilities to solve and simulate customer issue
- Prepare and conduct internal technical training & sharing
- Support lab related special projects
- Train and coach new employee in a systematic way
- Participate laboratory 5S maintenance and continuous improvement
