YOUR ROLE
- Acts as single point of contact for assigned export customer portfolio
- Ensures all day to day export customers related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate, timely manner, adhering to business standards
- Enforces successful execution of Daily Operations Cycle (improved End Customer Service Level performance and faster response to incidences)
- Maintains and increases customer loyalty, by building relationships
- Assuming responsibility for the customer interaction and ad-hoc analysis during inbound calls; monitoring of cases managed in Support Office
- Taking part in Customer Services projects that will contribute to improved service levels, business growth, increased efficiencies and consequently reduced costs
