YOUR ROLE

• Graduates will rotate in sales oriented roles & environments and will take their first steps in relation building and sales projects.
• A great opportunity to be mentored through learning process whilst being given creative projects to develop skills.
• During each phase of assignment, the graduates will establish relationships with peers and leaders, learn the fundamentals of Henkel Beauty Care
• Upon completion of the program, individuals will be placed in a full-time role within Henkel that best suits their personal and professional goals and matches the business needs.
• You will prospect and find new customers, and develop them in the to you appointed region. You will be responsible for achieving your sales targets.

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s Degree Business
• Extracurricular activities and a first work experience are advantageous
• Fluent Dutch & French with a good understanding of English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
• Capable to solve problems on own initiative
• Ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
• Commercially minded & result oriented
• Driving license B
