- Working side-by-side with the biggest Henkel markets globally, being part of Global Customer Excellence unit for Henkel Consumer Brands
- Developing Net Revenue Management playbook and Net Revenue Management training materials for countries
- Supporting the roll-out of Net Revenue Management best practices and tools to new markets
- Collaborating with countries and regions to collect input in critical NRM processes
- Conducting ongoing audit of local practices and approaches to identify opportunity to scale up pockets of best practice
- Working together with senior management in defining Global sustainability customer engagement plan
- Supporting in roll-out of projects related to Sustainability and creating sustainability engagement among sales community
