YOUR ROLE

• Management of sales teams covering the traditional channel regions (Thrace, Istanbul, Adapazarı, Zonguldak) 
• Leading the Joint Business Planning processes with the customers together with the sales teams, negotiating and aligning on business terms and conditions and tracking compliance
• Designing and implementing charts of accounts based on growth forecasts, market opportunities and customer capabilities in line with company strategy
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts for the sales teams 
• Regularly analyzing and reporting team performance according to KPIs; such as sales, share of value and trade expenditures

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline 
• 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an FMCG company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to resolution
• Experienced in budget management and distributor operations
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
• Valid driving license
