YOUR ROLE

  • Global Process Ownership of finance PTP E2E processes (manual and automatic invoice verification activities & payments, side activities) 
  •  Driving digitalization, define & execute digital strategy, implement digital roadmap, screen market for innovation
  • Continuously challenges the process & tools in scope in regards of efficiency and effectiveness and manage change
  • Analyzing potential gaps within STP processes on global level in connection to defined project and support technical implementation of any proposed solutions from business perspective
  • Compliance, accountability for PTP process related audits within PTP E2E (External and Corporate audit), ensuring compliance of processes, solutions and tools
  • Cooperation with GBS+ teams and coordination of Global process experts within region
  • Provides trainings & material for stakeholder community to enhance skills and minimize process gaps
  • Manage regular surveys and benchmarks internally / externally

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s Degree in Finance, International business, Economics or related fields
  • Strong knowledge and experience in financial processes
  • Active level of English (written & spoken)
  • Excellent analytical and digital skills, proactive approach by root cause analyzes in regular and strategic issues
  • Strategic orientation in financial processes
  • Project management skills with ability to plan, manage the change and prioritize workload
  • Self-motivated, flexible person
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
