YOUR ROLE

• Be part of the Henkel Consumer Brands Professional Controlling team and drive financial business steering in our global team
  
• Be responsible for P&L monitoring and steering of the Distributor Markets Unit (DMU) in the EMEA region
  
• Drive the financial and strategic direction of the unit as well act as the sparring partner for local, regional and global leadership teams
  
• Drive financial analysis for countries & brands across full P&L and balance sheet
  
• Propose optimal investment allocation and facilitate transparent decision-making
  
• Steer and control projects related strategic go-to-market changes across distributor markets

YOUR SKILLS

• Excellent Master's degree in business administration, specialized in controlling or finance
  
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Experience to work with ERP and BI systems
  
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  
• Fluent English language skills, German would be advantageous 
  
• Highly motivated, team-oriented person with proactive 'Can-Do'-attitude
  
• True team player
