YOUR ROLE
- This role takes the responsible for ecommerce media & content strategy and relevant campaign or platform analysis to continuously improve campaign efficiency and support EC GMV growth ambition in China market.
- Develop inside and outside e-commerce media plan and lead 3rd agencies / TP to manage budget allocation, campaign execution and daily operation optimization for traffic volume and conversion. Be responsible for traffic quality and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal team, 3rd-agencies / TP to lead different ecommerce campaigns including new EC platform launch, new EC SKU launch, live streaming, and EC traditional big campaigns to achieve high-growing business targets. Monitor performance and effectiveness of each campaign and make optimization plan for further improvement.
- Support to manage ecommerce yearly media & content strategy, daily media promotion and operation details including planning, execution, tracking and reporting.
- Monitor content and media effectiveness and contiguously improve the whole process to accelerate the whole ecommerce promotion efficiency.
- Collect upper funnel data for inside and outside media data for deep dive and media report. Support system update, coordinate with media agency for tag mapping, system connection, test and etc.
- Stay current on digital trends, willing to share initiatives for customer journey & conversion improvement.
YOUR SKILLS
- Combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years marketing experience in digital marketing or ecommerce including a demonstrated ability to produce effective communications and campaign.
- Ecommerce media experience is required.
- B2B marketing experience is a plus.
- Familiar with ecommerce platforms and have solid knowledge of ecommerce promotional tools and traditional big campaign schedule (such as Ali, JD, PDD etc.)
- Good written, oral, in both Chinese and English
- Quick learner and self-motivator, actively acquits knowledges and skill required.
- Ownership mindset to the projects assigned. Be detail-oriented to ensure high-quality deliverable.
- To do mindset and be able to work in fast-paced status in peak season.
