Senior Customer Care Specialist

YOUR ROLE

  • Provide customer service via email, and chat
  • Use consultative sales skills to assess client goals, educate them on the benefits of eSalon, propose a customized eSalon solution, and save clients from discontinuing service
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of productivity and customer satisfaction; Meet and exceed individual goals
  • Retain clients in accordance with company requirements and customer needs
  • Document client interactions accurately
  • Communicate ongoing retention activity and progress; Reply to clients and reviews through Social Media
  • Project professionalism and work cooperatively with other departments and seek further advice and guidance when necessary

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in customer service experience (email, chat, or social media) obtained in a shared service center (SSC), business process outsourcing (BPO), or contact center
  • Active experience utilizing CRM systems to document daily calls, meetings, and activity is required; Experience with Zendesk a plus
  • Organized, self-motivated, driven, and have an appetite to succeed; Highly motivated & energetic
  • Flexible and able to thrive in fast paced, high growth environment; Consistent track record of retaining a high percentage of clients
  • Excellent written and oral communication with native-level fluency in written and spoken English
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
