  • Act as local Center of Expertise for Total Rewards for the HR cluster Germany/Switzerland
  • Be responsible for the local implementation of global HR processes including decisions for relevant local adaptions to meet legal requirements
  • Develop and steer local innovations and implementations of new processes, as well as business process optimization for Total Rewards and time management
  • Manage our personnel cost planning tool for Germany
  • Own and steer cross-over HR processes and projects
  • Be an HR process team member for mergers & acquisitions


  • Bachelor- or masters degree in business administration, business psychology or related field
  • 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of HR
  • Strong analytical, proactive thinking and digital skills
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong teamplayer
  • Fluent German and English language skills
