  • Be part of the Global Process Owner Organization (GPO) of Henkel’s Laundry and Home Care Division, a central unit operating from headquarter Düsseldorf. Our mission is to pro-actively shape Henkel processes and systems and contribute to the overall strategic goal of Henkel
  • Working on key transformational Laundry projects with global scope (e.g. ONE!Global Supply Chain project, post-merger process and system integrations, implementation of Marketing and Innovation projects)
  • Close collaboration with all Business Units (Beauty Care and Adhesives Technologies) and Functions (e.g. Integrated Business Solutions, Purchasing) and with other process areas (e.g. Sales, Demand Planning, R&D, Customer Service, Master Data)
  • Support the design of future process models and system solutions in the field of Marketing and Innovation to steer their implementation and ensure the process governance and harmonization on a global level
  • Drive forward the culture of excellence and best-in-class processes as a change agent in the Laundry and Home Care business unit by promoting a continuous improvement culture, encouraging critical end-to-end thinking and problem solving
  • Steer the process stream of Marketing and Innovation in key transformational projects
  • Take over own responsibility chasing the implementation of projects related to Marketing and Innovation and contribute to the projects by bringing in your Marketing process expertise (e.g. implementation of a portfolio management tool, new digital asset management tool)
  • Responsible for tools and processes (e.g. SEAL) within the area of Marketing and Innovation including budget control
  • Drive and execute trainings including the identification of training need, training conception, development of training materials and execution of key user trainings
  • Identify process carve-out opportunities and support their transition and continuous improvement



  • Excellent Master Degree in Business Administration from a top tier university and/or business school, preferably major General Management, Marketing, Innovation management
  • Profound experience of at minimum 1-3 years in strategy consultancy or marketing/brand management in a company of the FMCG-Industry
  • International practical experience (assignment abroad) and intercultural sensitivity and international mobility (short-term)
  • Extensive experience in Marketing relevant processes, e.g. New Product Innovation, Artwork Process, Trade promotional handling
  • Project management skills and experience in transformation projects as well as broad understanding of business processes and state-of-the-art tools and systems
  • Fluency in English
  • Good communicator and pronounced argumentation skills, strong team spirit and affinity to manage/coach people
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Change driver and clear leadership capacity
  • Energetic, passionate, self-motivated, influencing, and a high degree of performance orientation
  • Enthusiasm and a personal “DNA” for process efficiency and optimization
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to try new ways and convincing others in doing so as well
  • Pro-active mindset and a hands-on style with a high determination to achieve
  • Able to interact within a challenging environment both with organization and with senior management personalities
