About this Position
Join our team as a Tax Specialist and play a key role in ensuring tax compliance, accurate reporting, and effective tax operations across the organization.
What you´ll do
- Execute tax accounting entries, reconciliations, and journal postings related to tax transactions
- Reconcile tax-related balance sheet accounts and ensure the accuracy of tax records
- Calculate tax liabilities and prepare payment advice for local and federal tax obligations
- Verify, analyze, and prepare tax information to support reporting and compliance activities
- Perform and monitor tax-related internal controls and support audit requirements as the primary contact for tax matters
- Support tax projects, initiatives, and the implementation of new tax regulations and requirements
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in taxation, accounting
- Strong technical tax knowledge in VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and Transfer Pricing, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant tax regulations accurately
- Good in SAP/S4HANA, including tax-related transactions, reporting, and compliance processes
- Solid accounting knowledge with an understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax-accounting principles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data analysis) combined with strong communication and business partnering.
