What you´ll do
- Helping with the preparation of invoices, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable and payable records.
- Supporting the reconciliation of bank statements with accounting records, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues.
- Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Providing support for internal or external audits by gathering necessary documents and assisting in audit preparation.
- Monitoring and categorizing company expenses and ensuring they align with budgets and forecasts.
- Helping analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
- Ensuring that financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Helping with tax preparation processes, such as organizing receipts and preparing necessary paperwork for tax filings.
- Assisting with administrative tasks like filing, data management, and scheduling meetings for finance teams.

- Students from the seventh cycle in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- Advanced level of Excel
- Office package management
- Intermediate level of English
