About this Position
What you´ll do
- Artwork design for Laundry and Home Care products (Note: Artwork = label with data, for example sticker with country text on detergent bottle).
- Development and adaptations of Master/Country Artwork labels and mockups.
- Ensure compliance with Brand, legal and print packaging guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams – Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Designers in other locations and external partners such as design agencies or printers.
- Data storage management - ensure proper archiving of developed artworks.
- Participate in root cause analysis to improve internal processes.
- Support Leadership with ad-hoc tasks and requests.
What makes you a good fit
- At least three years of previous working experience with label design and preparation for print (DTP is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of print production requirements.
- Active level of English language (verbal and written) is a must - communication with stakeholders on daily basis (phone/email).
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Accuracy & attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat).
- Communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum salary: 1680 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
