What you´ll do
- Lead the development and commercialization of new packaging solutions, quality improvements, and material sourcing initiatives.
- Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of packaging projects across multiple brands, ensuring timely achievement of key milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch packaging for new product innovations.
- Provide technical expertise in the qualification and approval of new packaging formats, suppliers, and manufacturing sites.
- Champion the optimization of digital systems and work processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in consumer-centric and sustainable packaging innovation.
What makes you a good fit
- You bring a strong tactical mindset, a passion for innovation, and advanced engineering capabilities suited to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in packaging development and/or engineering, with deep knowledge of packaging design, quality systems, plant operations, equipment and working with other functions.
- Solid understanding of various packaging materials, structural design principles, printing technologies, and manufacturing processes.

The salary for this role is $105,000.00- $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
