About this position
What you´ll do
- Drive structured and engaging cross-regional communication to support Adhesives Operation GCPM initiatives.
- Translate complex project management concepts into clear, visually compelling content.
- Support the preparation of monthly reports and community updates.
- Develop materials for trainings, webinars, and global sessions.
- Execute assigned tasks in alignment with supervisor guidance and project timelines.
- Support ongoing processes and operations within the respective Henkel team.
- Ensure compliance with Henkel’s internal guidelines, policies, and regulations.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Communications, or a related field (recent graduate).
- Experience in creating structured and professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint and/or Power BI is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear and visually engaging content.
