About this Position
What you´ll do
- End-to-end VAT compliance process including preparation and submission of VAT returns, Intrastat reports, European Sales/Purchase lists and other VAT related reports
- Processing of VAT Payments and monitoring of VAT Refunds
- Performing different analyses related to VAT, reconciling VAT accounts, solving ad hoc queries
- VAT audits management, responding to notifications and preparation of requested documentation for Business partners, Tax and Statistical Offices,
- Regular update of documentation
- Partial participation in different projects e.g. implementation of new reporting obligations related to changes in VAT legislation or automation of the processes.
What makes you a good fit
- Business related studies with majors in Tax, Finance or Accounting is a must
- Proven background or experience in VAT
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
- Desire to learn and develop
- Openness and adaptability to changes
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proactive approach with teamwork orientation
- Ability to work efficiently to meet priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as within the team

Minimum salary: 1460 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
