What you´ll do
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for 2026 internships, from sourcing to hiring, for roles in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, Legal, Finance and more.
- Career Events: Passionate about event coordination & connecting with young talent? Join us in organizing engaging university events in the Netherlands (includes workshops, career fairs, business cases and in-house days!)
- Craft our Employer Brand: Step into the spotlight and help shape Henkel’s identity! Lead dynamic initiatives like Monthly Intern Gatherings, Job Shadowing, and Hiring Manager sessions to make our workplace even better.

What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's or Master's Student or Fresh Graduate (3 months max.) in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management or related (HBO/WO).
- Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken), Dutch is a plus.
- Great attention to details.
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
- Interest to learn more about Recruitment & Employer Branding.
- Weekly travel to the Amsterdam and Utrecht Offices (1 day in each, at least; 3 days per week in the office).
- Looking forward to collaborating with international colleagues within the Benelux Region.
- Available full-time for 6 months starting in June 2026.
